We've already turned that corner here! I've made about 50 puree cubes for baby food, several meals with sauteed squash, and one squash casserole (which I can eat alone for a meal, but strangely, Josh and Rad are pretty ambivalent about). The "Squash Ribbons" recipe looks really fun to make. I might try that one.
I was excited about this post of 15 awesome squash recipes, since squash season is just around the corner here!
