Jessica Seinfeld's Sneaky Quesadillas
Is there really a canned pumpkin shortage this year? I had no idea, because my freezer is stocked full, thanks to all the pumpkins I got last fall! So I've been using them up little bits at a time.

Yes, there is a pumpkin shortage due to some freeze last winter. I make lots of pumpkin bread and have had a hard time finding it periodically. Those quesadillas sound great. I love her cookbook. In fact, I made her chocolate chip cookies last night!
uhm, sounds really good. but my sweet emma still would not touch them (sigh). she is a hard puzzle to solve!
