This week we received: pumpkin, butternut squash, tomato, potato, corn, eggplant, cucumber, white eggplant, yellow tomatoes, onion, and green beans.
This week I'll be making Roasted Pumpkin & Winter Squash Soup. Sounds delicious to me! Some potato soup is probably in order too. And more Eggplant Sandwiches (with goat cheese), which I've eaten every day for the last 2 weeks!!!

Eggplant sandwich looks tasty! My sister started blogging (Betsy on my Blog), I am going to have to direct her your way. She will love this CAS stuff!
Hi Carrie, this is Annika. I am Julia's sister-in-law from Germany. Well, actually we just moved to Boston! I enjoy reading your blog every once in while (Julia showed it to me). I'm trying to decorate my son Joseph's room and just saw the super nice curtains you made for Ethan? I'd be really interested in how to make them? Brian and I still laugh about Lance's "nugget" story. Take care, Annika
i'm going to have to try that sandwich...looks delicious :)
Hi Annika!!! Are you the sister-in-law that was moving to the US when we came to visit? Or the sister-in-law that was newly married???
I will find some directions online & post them, or send them to you!

Hi Carrie,
I'm the one that was newly married...we were wondering when you guys came to Germany? Joseph wasn't born yet, I guess?
Thank you so much for sharing. I think those curtains look really, really nice!
