I FINALLY finished up the family tree that I got from
Red Envelope over 5 years ago. Whew! Just in time for my granddad's 95th birthday coming up! (You might remember, I posted pics of Granddad, from
back then and
now). I am the type that HATES to leave unfinished projects, so this has been on the mental-to-do list for 5 years. The pressure of making it perfect was just too much, so I kept putting it off. So while it's not perfect, I'm happy with it! Yeah for crossing things off the list!

That's so cool! It always feels good to cross things off your list.
that looks great! i think i remember seeing that on red envelope once. i LOVE looking at all the old names. "asa" is one of my faves...
It looks really good. I love Red Envelope. They always have neat gift ideas.
i love that! what a cool family tree--i want one! and what a wonderful feeling to get it done after all that time. i've seriously been writing "finish lilly's scrapbook" on my to do list every time i make one for two years now. it's about to make me crazy, but i know it will be wonderful if i ever get to cross it off!
that's totally impressive! i'm inspired to mimic that, though, i don't think i'd get past great grandparents.
That is a great idea ... I don't think I could find my family tree back that far ... whta's Red Envelope?
