I just roasted my first whole chicken, using this recipe (except for the butter). I was pretty proud of myself, and it was very tasty. Plus, so much cheaper than buying chicken breasts. Lance said it was pretentious. Hmph.

You need a rotisserie! It is so easy and SOOOO good!!!!
i'm trying that recipe this week--it sounds yummy and i always love martha's recipes :) how exactly is a roasted chicken pretentious? a cornish game hen, maybe, but a chicken!?
